Indus Mart Pvt. Ltd. delivers industrial tools, safety equipment, machinery, and supplies across all 77 districts of Nepal. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 77 districts of Nepal, including remote and hill districts. Delivery services are available for both individual retail orders and bulk B2B shipments.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Biratnagar, Koshi Province, Nepal.

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM: Typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Bulk and B2B orders: Processing time may vary based on product availability, custom sourcing, and order size. Your estimated dispatch date will be confirmed at the time of order.

Business days are Sunday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time). Orders placed on Saturdays, public holidays, or after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and courier availability:

  • Biratnagar & Koshi Province: Same day or next business day
  • Kathmandu Valley: 2–3 business days
  • Major cities (Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj, Dharan, Itahari): 3–5 business days
  • Other Terai districts: 3–5 business days
  • Hill and remote districts: 5–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Indus Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, road closures, strikes (bandhs), or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Charges are displayed at checkout for online orders.

  • Orders above NPR 10,000: May qualify for free or subsidised shipping on select routes. Contact us for details.
  • Bulk and B2B orders: Shipping costs are included in your custom quotation.
  • Heavy or oversized items: Products such as motors, pumps, welding machines, and construction equipment may attract additional freight charges based on weight and destination.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable freight and courier services across Nepal. The specific carrier used for your shipment depends on the destination, product type, and shipment size. Indus Mart selects the most efficient and secure carrier for each order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS containing:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking number (where available)
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details on the courier's website or by contacting us directly for status updates.

7. Store Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order in person from our store at no shipping charge:

  • Store Hours: Sunday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please call or WhatsApp us at +977-9852020690 to confirm your order is ready for pickup before visiting.

8. Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, we recommend the following:

  • Accept the delivery but note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt before signing.
  • Photograph the packaging and product immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photographs and your order number.

9. Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

10. Bulk and B2B Shipping

For bulk orders, freight logistics are coordinated separately based on the order size and destination. Our B2B team will provide:

  • A delivery challan with every shipment
  • Estimated freight timeline before dispatch
  • Coordination with your site or warehouse for delivery scheduling

For large-scale project deliveries (construction sites, factories, hydropower projects), contact our B2B team to discuss custom logistics arrangements.
