If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email at info@theindusmart.com. QDo you provide VAT invoices for business purchases?
Yes. Indus Mart Pvt. Ltd. is VAT-registered in Nepal. All B2B and bulk orders are issued with a proper VAT invoice, delivery challan, and any other documentation required for your business records, government tender submissions, or project accounting. Please provide your company PAN/VAT number when placing your order.

A VAT invoice is automatically issued for all orders. For online orders, your invoice is emailed to you after payment confirmation. For B2B orders placed via WhatsApp or phone, your VAT invoice is prepared and shared digitally or included in your delivery. Please provide your company name, address, and PAN number at the time of ordering for correct invoicing.
QCan I get a proforma invoice before making payment?

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items dispatched, or transit damage. Products that have been used, modified, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return. Contact us before shipping any return.
QDo products come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. Most products at Indus Mart come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and brand — for example, power tools typically carry a 1-year warranty, while consumables like abrasive discs or welding electrodes are not covered. Warranty terms are specified in the product documentation. We assist with warranty claims on your behalf.
QHow do I claim a warranty for a defective product?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs or video of the issue. We will assess the claim and either replace the product, arrange a repair through the manufacturer's service centre, or issue a refund depending on the nature of the defect and warranty terms. If the return is due to a defect, wrong item, or transit damage — Indus Mart covers the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind or ordering error on the customer's part, the customer is responsible for return shipping. In all cases, please contact us before dispatching any return so we can provide the correct return address and authorisation.
QHow long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. For online payments, the refund is returned to the original payment method (eSewa, Khalti, or bank account). For orders paid by cash or cheque, refunds are issued by bank transfer. We will notify you via WhatsApp or email when the refund has been processed.
